Senior Production Operations Manager, WW Marketing Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Operations Manager to join our WW Marketing Communications team. As a key member of our production organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and work output of our Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility, and Special Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Directly oversee and develop the performance and work output of the Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility, and Special Operations teams.
- Drive continuous innovation in processes, practices, tools, and policies that help guide the MPO teams' behavior in their day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies across the organization.
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate across the Apple organization to ensure business and key stakeholder objectives are met.
- Develop and apply a deep understanding of Video Production and Post Production systems, equipment, and workflows.
- Drive strong partnerships with Creative and Production teams and build effective strategies that address the creative needs for a wide range of work across Marcom.
- Empower clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed without overwhelming the teams.
- Act as a champion of the Apple brand standards and core values in all aspects of the work.
- 10+ years of direct production experience
- 3+ years of experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
- Experience leading large scale, highly performing Production or Post-Production teams within a Production company, Post-Production company, creative agency, or in-house at a global brand organization
- Experience creating exceptional quality creative work
- A deep understanding of the Apple hardware and software ecosystem
- A strong sense of urgency, consistently staying on top of projects and ensuring all production and planning deadlines are met with precision and efficiency
- Ability to work unpredictable hours in order to achieve creative success
- Strong discretion, capable of handling sensitive corporate information and building a culture of integrity within the team
- Extremely detail-oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
- Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
- See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead
- Technical proficiency and working knowledge of innovative Video production-related technology, tools, and platforms
- Familiarity with the software development process and able to lead a Special Operations team developing apps, scripts, and automations to optimize the production process
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, build consensus, drive collaboration, and alignment across a broad, cross-functional set of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in modeling and forecasting operational needs
- Proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings in a fast-paced environment
