Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCIe PHY IP Principal Product Manager to join our team at Synopsys. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our PCIe Solution product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth and market leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive overall product direction, including P&L, forecasting, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Streamline product management processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • BS EE with 10+ years of relevant experience or MS EE with 8+ years of relevant experience. MBA is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCIe & Ethernet protocol.
  • Understanding of High Speed PHY architectures.
  • Familiarity with the data center market and semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry.
