Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Client Engagement Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Client Engagement Managers and the Director of Client Engagement, as well as the wider marketing and client development team. This role is essential in supporting our attorneys in managing and enhancing key client relationships on a global scale.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside a dynamic team within our global Marketing & Business Development division and coordinating efforts with our Diversity & Inclusion team to advance the firm's marketing and D&I strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate significant client relationship meetings, generate strategy summaries, and assist in analyses and reporting.
- Work in tandem with other Marketing and Business Development team members to ensure aligned approaches to top clients in relation to key firm initiatives.
- Support follow-up actions from both internal and external relationship management client meetings.
- Prepare materials for client pitches, including responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Maintain relationship management plans and strategy reports on the firm's intranet and document management system.
- Gather and maintain client contact data, assisting with data upkeep in the firm's CRM system and generating various client contact reports.
- Facilitate outreach and follow-up with Relationship Managers regarding key client events and seminars.
- Develop and sustain various relationship management toolkit documents, including presentation slides and information posted on RM portal pages.
- Track client feedback interviews, manage the RM meeting schedule, and provide quarterly and annual analyses and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to execute projects and assignments.
- Ensure timely and regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in professional services within marketing or a related field is preferred. A proven track record in marketing, sales, or professional services is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a law firm is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
