Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly competent and meticulous professional to join our organization as a Senior Financial Consultant. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in overseeing various elements of the accounting operations.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in accounting practices who is eager to make a significant impact on our client's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks as a Senior Financial Consultant will typically encompass:

  • Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Leading the month-end closing activities, which include the creation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with various teams to guarantee prompt and precise financial outcomes.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring correct transaction classifications.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Contributing to the formulation and oversight of budgets and forecasts.
  • Preparing detailed reports to aid management in decision-making processes.
  • Assisting in the coordination of external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is advantageous.
  • Experience in a Senior Accountant or comparable position, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to the duration and requirements of the project.
