Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry Level Adjustment Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Adjustment Technician, you will be trained in the modification, installation, servicing, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced Adjustment Technicians with routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products.
  • Help perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test.
  • Assist on-the-job training to internal technicians in routine operation, installation, and troubleshooting of assigned products.
  • Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software.
  • Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and status reporting with supervision.
  • Input data to QA/QC check sheet and report creation and submission to Installation Site Manager.
  • Attend daily field meetings.
  • Work with minimum supervision, as needed.
  • Recommend technical solutions/resolutions to engineer groups.

Requirements

  • Technical school or military certification is preferred.
  • No degree required.
  • Knowledge of electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical devices.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to work with heights (ladder, scissor lift, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of digital voltmeter and oscilloscope functionality.
  • PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows).
