Job Overview

Position: Customer Procurement Service Team Specialist

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Duration: 6 Months – High probability of converting to Full-Time

Location: Remote - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with procurement inquiries from Sales, Solution Providers, and Clients.
  • Deliver effective support to Clients regarding various Vendor setup issues.
  • Accurately complete diverse vendor documentation across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Handle intricate vendor forms with precision.
  • Coordinate with various teams to guarantee that clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Manage client expectations by providing consistent updates on the status of requests.
  • Act as a catalyst for essential organizational changes, promoting positive transformations crucial for departmental success.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to initiate actions that enhance business systems, tools, and processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact for Sales to address daily operational challenges while recommending training to bridge knowledge gaps.
    Respond to and resolve internal inquiries regarding relevant business systems and operations.
    Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales/support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement or vendor setup procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of task completion.
  • Committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proficient in various desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, and MS Teams.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
