Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for overseeing low to medium complexity projects, coordinating efforts with internal teams and vendors to fulfill client needs. This position demands robust project management capabilities, outstanding customer service, and effective prioritization skills.

Key Duties

  • Execute projects across various service lines
  • Establish and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project teams and external vendors

  • Identify necessary project resources and perform bid evaluations
  • Maintain precise project documentation and manage administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other data management tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to interpret and comprehend project documentation

Physical Demands

  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Ability to navigate within client facilities
  • Availability for evening and weekend work
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds
