Role Overview:
The Vendor Operations Supervisor is accountable for managing a comprehensive catalog of vendor collaborations and operational duties across our various brands and multiple platforms. In this role, you will enhance existing workflows for peak efficiency while also developing new processes to support our expanding business. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee order fulfillment for all Havenly brands, becoming a subject matter expert in all operational processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders with minimal exceptions.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends in order management and drive optimal performance for the ordering team.
  • Lead a diverse team of over 30 individuals supporting various aspects of our order fulfillment processes.
  • Manage shipping accounts for all brands, including vendor relations, account setup, billing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Global Logistics and the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments to adapt order operations as business needs evolve.
  • Initiate improvements to existing processes and establish new standards as necessary.
  • Lead operational projects aimed at reducing costs for parcel shipments.
  • Oversee payroll processes for the offshore team.
  • Establish a clear escalation path within the Operations organization to address obstacles affecting order flow.
  • Promote a people-first culture, supporting team members in their career development while embodying Havenly's core values.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations and e-commerce management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • A knack for organizing chaos and effectively communicating it to others.
  • A passion for collaboration, helping others understand the bigger picture and the rationale behind decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, delegating tasks appropriately and adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with change management, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to celebrate successes and seek support when needed.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Looker, and Google Suite.
  • Experience managing teams across various time zones, both domestically and internationally.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time exempt position with a hybrid work schedule. The targeted compensation range for this role is $70K-80K/year, based on experience.
