The Patient Services Coordinator is crucial in representing our agency, often being the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our facilities.

This role is entrusted with creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Details:
The initial compensation for this role is set at $17.50 per hour, determined by non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in clients, ensuring accurate updates in the electronic health record and collecting necessary payments.
  • Assist clients with check-out procedures, including appointment scheduling.
  • Collect and document insurance details.
  • Coordinate transportation and additional services for clients.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Review and update client information in the electronic health record system as required.
  • Keep up-to-date agency resources, including calendars and program directories.
  • Provide support across various Customer Care Team functions and locations as needed.
  • Adhere to quality care initiatives and compliance standards.
  • Ensure interactions with clients, guests, and staff reflect CNS Healthcare's service standards.
  • Engage in professional development through ongoing education and training.
  • Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and telephone communication.
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
  • Experience in an administrative or medical office setting.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Bilingual skills.
