Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at the Target Center. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our food service programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents.
• Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students' parents, and supervisors.
• Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches, if applicable.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using a computer and perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bid specifications.
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation and prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement.
• Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports and attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
