About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at AspenTech. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation by providing strategic HR support to our Finance and Legal executives and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of key HR strategies and initiatives that drive business performance within the Finance and Legal functions.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to design and implement organizational design, compensation cycles, retention strategies, employee and leadership development, and workforce planning and performance management coaching.
  • Use your knowledge of HR to diagnose, implement, and confer on HR processes and programs, and work with other members of the HR team to drive enterprise and function-wide initiatives in support of the G&A business strategy and goals.
  • Coach and counsel leaders and managers to enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance.
  • Assess, design, and implement change management strategies and programs for business unit initiatives, and broker with partners to provide the right resources for successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Employee Relations Investigations.
  • Experience solving people and employment-related issues and ability to pivot quickly.
  • Data-driven approach, with a combination of intelligence, experience, and information, to drive systemic improvements over time.
  • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change, and demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for a global technology company and supporting a global sales organization.
  • Strong operational background focused on the design and implementation of transformational sales programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and application.
