Additionally, the Peli Deli Kitchen presents a casual alternative to our main dining venues, where guests can savor simple yet expertly prepared dishes just a short drive away.

We are excited to introduce Mikro Nisi, a modern Greek fish taverna that operates daily for lunch and dinner, featuring a mezze-style menu inspired by local ingredients and its stunning coastal location.

Throughout the off-peak season, we host our Guest Chef Series, now in its sixth year, where renowned chefs collaborate with our kitchen team to create exceptional menus that delight food enthusiasts, staff, and visitors alike. Previous guest chefs have included notable names in the culinary world.

With a dynamic weekly schedule, the Guest Chef Series, and various private events, our kitchen teams have ample opportunities to engage in exciting culinary challenges. We are in search of experienced chefs ready to embrace the demands of our lively restaurants.

  • Experience in a 2 Rosette restaurant is advantageous
  • Availability for the entire season
