About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at HMG Plus, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conference Room Management: Coordinate the use of conference rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment and amenities are available and functioning properly.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Arrange for catering, transportation, and other logistical needs as required, working closely with our clients and guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-paced customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
