About the Role:

The Program Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing document control policies and procedures in line with industry standards. You'll track and manage the distribution of documents across project teams and with external stakeholders. You'll maintain and update the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to ensure easy and quick access to documents. You'll coordinate the submission and distribution of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. You'll conduct regular audits to maintain documentation integrity. You'll provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow. You'll prepare reports on document control metrics for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in document control or a related administrative role, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Proficiency in document management software, MS Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
