Key Details About the Job.

The Adult Programs Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating vibrant, and socially focused Adult Tennis programs at the Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club. This role requires a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and manage programs to meet the needs of participants.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop and implement a variety of Adult Tennis programs to cater to different interests and skill levels.
  • Collaborate with tennis coaches to ensure high-quality instruction and create engaging experiences for participants.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to promote and sell Adult programs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and program growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with participants, addressing their needs and preferences to enhance their experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Manage program budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability, while monitoring and measuring program performance through participant feedback, attendance metrics, and financial reports.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive programming and communication across the facility and with members and players.

Job Type: Part-time, 15-25 hours per week, with potential for full-time opportunities.

Location: Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club, New York, NY.

Starting Pay: $400-$500 per week.

Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in program management, coaching, or a related field.
