Position Overview

As a pivotal contact for HR services, you will advocate for and implement HR initiatives and best practices across the organization. Your role will involve providing strategic HR advice and guidance to employees and management, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Nuclear business sector to assess current HR needs and propose effective solutions for complex challenges.

2. Manage multiple projects and issues with agility, providing day-to-day performance management support to leadership, including coaching and career development.

3. Oversee the performance management process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations, and assist leaders in addressing performance-related concerns.

4. Analyze workforce data and trends, communicating insights to enhance organizational strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners.

5. Innovate and recommend improvements to HR processes, taking the initiative to implement these enhancements.

6. Work collaboratively with various HR functions to develop and communicate comprehensive HR plans and services to business units.

Qualifications

- A minimum of four years of experience in human resources or a related field.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Solid understanding of diverse HR functions, including compensation, employee relations, diversity, and compliance with employment laws.

- Preferred: PHR/SHRM-CP certification and a Master’s Degree in HR or a similar area.
