About the Role

This is an investment-related sales position that is expected to progress into the insurance business. As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a book of high net worth clients by identifying value-added products and services, acquiring client assets, and developing additional business through referrals.
  • Driving loyalty and referrals from existing customers to cultivate outside acquisition opportunities.
  • Analyzing and planning investment strategies for wealth management customers, revising account objectives to meet client needs, and providing thoughtful communications to clients.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients to proactively manage their changing situations through life stages and generational wealth transfer.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year college degree (strongly preferred).
  • Existing Series 7, 66, (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state insurance licenses.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
  • No more than two broker-dealers in the last 10 years.
