Job Summary

Masego Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Intelligence Training Council Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advising and assisting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in executing its Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct focused analysis and assessments to support NGA strategies, including targeting partnerships and relationships, developing and recommending long-term organizational strategies, and identifying future requirements based on projected technology advances.
  • Develop, facilitate, implement, and document initiatives that support long-term NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategies, interoperability, and strategic policies, including baselining GEOINT training, mapping GEOINT competencies, and establishing community GEOINT training standards.
  • Support the development and assessment of NGC Program and Annual Plan, including developing, communicating, and implementing standardized organizational planning templates and plans.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, and coordinate with customers, HDN Registrars, and MTT Coordinator to support GEOINT training requirements and enrollments.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 24 months of demonstrated experience in formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy, plans, or processes.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience planning and leading an organization to meet objectives or short-suspense time schedules.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey topics both verbally and in writing, with strong data management skills and ability to brief seniors and staff members to affect decisions.
