Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join our team at Financial Growth Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, growing and developing a book of high net worth investors, and driving loyalty and referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies for wealth management clients, analyzing and planning for their financial goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing thoughtful and relevant communications to ensure their needs are met.
  • Partner with our team of financial planning associates, insurance representatives, and service support staff to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
  • Drive loyalty and referrals from existing customers, cultivating outside acquisition opportunities and growing our business.
  • Analyze and plan for the financial needs of our clients, providing timely and relevant communications to ensure their goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to elevate the Financial Growth Partners' brand and wealth management offering in the competitive market.
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must live within FGP's territory - D.C., VA, MD, DE, PA, WV.
  • A four-year college degree (strongly preferred).
  • Existing Series 7, 66, (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state insurance licenses.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
  • No more than two broker-dealers in the last 10 years.
