Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Wealth Management Advisor to join our team at Financial Growth Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing a book of high net worth, complex investors by identifying value-added products and services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies for wealth management customers, analyzing and planning for their ongoing and evolving needs.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, providing thoughtful and timely communications to ensure their changing situations are proactively managed through life stages and generational wealth transfer.
  • Drive loyalty, share of wallet, and referrals from existing customers to cultivate outside acquisition opportunities, elevating the Financial Growth Partners' brand and wealth management offering in the competitive market.
  • Partner and coordinate with a team of financial planning associates, insurance representatives, and service support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must live within FGP's territory - D.C., VA, MD, DE, PA, WV.
  • A four-year college degree (strongly preferred).
  • Existing Series 7, 66, (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state insurance licenses.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
  • No more than two broker-dealers in the last 10 years.
