CBHC Team Director for Community Behavioral Health Services

As a CBHC Team Director, you will oversee administrative and clinical functions, monitor service delivery, and direct/manage billing, utilization management, deployment of staff, team resources, and overall CBHC services. You will also provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures.

This role requires strong clinical skills, at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and 2 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting. You must possess a current Massachusetts clinical license and demonstrate advocacy, communication skills, and planning/facilitating groups.
