Senior Therapist

As a Clinician with our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapies and interventions to clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of removing barriers to care and promoting recovery in our community.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to join our CCS program. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or similar licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of experience working with diverse populations, including those with complex mental health needs
• Strong assessment and intervention skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Salary Range: $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience
