Lead Business Growth with Our Team

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Supervise and train a small team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activity and results using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
