Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project execution expertise with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems.
  • Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.
  • Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise.
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Preferred Areas of Expertise

Ideal candidates also have demonstrable experience in:

  • Hypervisor Setup and Configuration.
  • VMWare ESXi.
  • Nutanix Acropolis.
  • Cloud Platform Deployments.
  • Azure AD and Cloud Server.
