Classroom Magazine Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Classroom Magazine Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and managing marketing projects to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 12-14 Inside Sales Representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals and perform well in their roles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet annual budget targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Center Director to provide ongoing feedback and analysis of sales projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to create contests and activities to motivate and engage team members.
- Be willing to work additional hours and/or hours outside of the primary shift to meet business needs.

Qualifications
- Prior sales management experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in education preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in inside sales.
- Ability to analyze data and reporting to evaluate performance, identify patterns, and make projections to support sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Easily adapts to change.
- Self-learner.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
