Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced, professional, and driven individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional customer service abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to remain motivated and productive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recognize that business success hinges on customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
  • Assess each customer's vehicle requirements through effective questioning and attentive listening.
  • Showcase new and pre-owned vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary paperwork, thereby fostering customer loyalty.
  • Participate in sales meetings and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and their advantages for customers.
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
  • Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
  • Review and evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to optimize time management and planning.
  • Understand automotive terminology and keep updated on technological advancements in the industry.

Qualifications:
  • Complete all factory training and become a certified salesperson.
  • Understand federal, state, and local regulations governing retail automotive sales.
  • Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
  • Execute sales, customer service, and job performance as outlined in the Sales Consultant Performance Checklist.
  • Be legally and technically capable of safely operating both company and customer-owned vehicles.
  • Meet insurance requirements set by the company.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any accidents to management.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Hold a valid in-state driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales quotas as per dealership standards.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Day shifts, Weekends as needed
