Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our team at Front Royal Buick GMC in Front Royal, VA. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and leasing services, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal client base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and the latest technologies, to become a trusted authority in the industry.
  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to overcome objections and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set and achieve sales objectives, and provide regular updates and analysis.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are highly valued.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members, are essential.
  • A professional, well-groomed personal appearance is expected.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
