Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a portfolio of agency assignments to optimize growth potential and exceed year-over-year objectives.
- Prospect and appoint new agencies to expand our market share and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product offerings, and pricing initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to agents to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and market analysis to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agency operations, sales strategies, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
