Assistant Property Manager Job Description

At Employment Solutions of New York, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales: Convert prospects into residents through effective sales techniques and property showcasing.
  • Lease Administration: Manage the leasing process, including application reviews, credit checks, and lease signings.
  • Property Tours: Conduct property tours and highlight community features to potential residents.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for move-ins, inspections, and recertifications.
  • Property Maintenance and Resident Relations: Assist with property maintenance coordination and resident relations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in property leasing or related customer service role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
  • Professionalism: Professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with prospects and residents.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $20-$25 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Location: East Hartford, CT.
