Job Summary

Bertera Subaru of Hartford is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automobile Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating excellent product knowledge, customer service, and presentation of safety features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
    • Develop and qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models, and building rapport.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Sales and Negotiation
    • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking test drives, and explaining warranties, services, and Simoniz Glass Coat.
    • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing lease or purchase contracts, and explaining provisions, services, and financing.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in ongoing training and reading professional publications.

  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
