The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) will focus exclusively on managing Kaiser accounts, providing support to healthcare professionals, staff, and both new and existing patients across various healthcare settings. The CAM will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by ensuring effective account management, emphasizing healthcare provider engagement, patient education, and collaboration with internal teams to foster strong account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored territory and customer-specific strategies while adhering to all institutional guidelines:
    • Facilitate educational training sessions for healthcare teams.
    • Conduct initial patient training and follow-up in accordance with established protocols.
    • Deliver necessary educational resources.
    • Identify and cultivate key opinion leaders as advocates for the company’s solutions.
  • Provide clinical insights and value to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Required Credentials:
  • Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Diabetes Educator with experience in diabetes management.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory, including occasional overnight trips.

Compensation Package:

Base salary: $100,000 - $110,000, with a performance-based bonus of up to $50,000, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits including 401K with matching, stock purchase discounts, and significant opportunities for professional growth.
