Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our software and staffing solutions to individual doctor practices and physician groups across the US. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for fostering new relationships, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
  • Qualify and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare
  • Proven track record of building and closing large accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce and Outreach
  • Self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment
