Account Executive Opportunity

Acra Lending is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a plan to bring mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation for all broker and loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a prospecting plan to attract new mortgage brokers
  • Prepare and execute call lists to engage with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Submit accurate and complete documentation for all loan approvals
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress
Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of web search engines and online research tools
  • Aggressive and results-driven attitude, with excellent closing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience, preferably in the mortgage industry
  • Current and non-restricted driver's license and adequate car insurance
Compensation and Benefits:

Based on location, experience, education, and qualifications, Account Executives at Acra Lending can earn a base salary of $24,840-$27,600 annually.
