Maintenance & Reliability Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing the maintenance division and ensuring the dependability of machinery to enhance overall operational efficiency. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

  • At least 8 years of leadership experience in maintenance
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Understanding of predictive maintenance methodologies
  • Experience with reliability and stable operations principles
  • CMRP certification is preferred
