Position Overview:
This role involves working as part of the Cleaner/Custodial Event Staff, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the racing facility. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity that requires a proactive approach to event preparation and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the cleaning team, your duties will include:
- Sweeping and mopping various surfaces.
- Performing general cleaning tasks, including trash removal and surface sanitization.
- Utilizing appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure a spotless environment.
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors effectively.
- Dusting furniture and ensuring all surfaces are clean.
- Maintaining restrooms with thorough cleaning and disinfecting practices.
- Identifying maintenance needs and reporting them promptly.
- Collaborating positively with fellow staff to achieve cleaning objectives.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
