- Oversee the operation of brine wells, boilers, generators, evaporators, and dryers.
- Manage departmental budgets, focusing on costs, quality, and production output.
- Supervise shift supervisors within the production department.
- Maintain equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.
- Lead initiatives for production and maintenance coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and processes.
- Undertake special project assignments as needed.

Accountabilities:
- Participate in the development of the capital budget for the production department and manage the operating budget, including labor, materials, and repairs.
- Establish and monitor department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage the shift schedule for supervisors working around the clock.
- Analyze operational data and oversee preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Uphold safety, quality, and legality standards for all products, ensuring team adherence.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety regulations.
- Manage the planning, operation, maintenance, and regulatory reporting for brine wells.
- Perform additional related duties as required.

Operational Performance:
- Focus on enhancing operational performance through strategic oversight.

People Management and Development:
- Encourage transparent communication and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Promote a culture centered on problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Engage the workforce positively and facilitate performance management and employee development.
- Address employee and labor relations issues in collaboration with human resources as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
- Required:
- 8 years of experience in production, technical, or maintenance management.
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred:
- 5 years of management experience.
- In-depth process and technical knowledge related to the operation of boilers, evaporators, dryers, generators, and brine wells.
