Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist Manager to join our team at TulaRay. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to front-line clinicians and overseeing the delivery of mental health services within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to Master's level clinicians and ensure they are trained to provide high-quality psychological services.
  • Develop and implement psychological services within our facilities, in accordance with DOC Policy 13.8.1 and Access to Mental Health Care Procedures Manual.
  • Select, administer, and interpret psychological tests to measure personality, intelligence, aptitude, and interests.
  • Ensure that all Psychological Assessments and Evaluations are completed accurately and signed off by the LPM.
  • Diagnose Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Conduct monthly rounds of housing units to ensure clinical supervisees are delivering high-quality services.
  • Participate in the SCI's monthly multidisciplinary quality improvement meeting.
  • Supervise Psychological Services Associates and Specialists, providing training in interview processes, psychometric testing, and report writing.
  • Review daily reports to ensure necessary follow-up is directed and completed.
  • Complete a supervision course to maintain licensure and supervise postdoctoral residents.
  • Ensure the implementation of new PA DOC initiatives related to mental health services and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Chair the Psychiatric Review Team and coordinate psychiatric and psychological services for patients with mental illnesses.
  • Supervise the mental health tracking system and ensure patients receive appropriate treatment services.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Licensed Psychologist required, no supervision required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
