Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Prescription Filling: Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies, as well as verify medication stock and enter data in computer to maintain inventory records.
- Wholesaler Orders: Receive and process wholesaler medication orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Pharmacy Compliance: Work with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties relating to the department, including communication with strong professional verbal and written skills.
- Active License: Hold an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota.
- Reliable Transportation: Have access to reliable transportation.
- Availability: Be available to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and required rotating weekends Saturday and Sunday 10am – 2pm.
- National Certification: Possess National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Pharmacy Experience: Have 6+ months of pharmacy technician experience.
