Position Overview:
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will function as a critical member of the healthcare team, delivering comprehensive medical care to patients across various age groups. This role emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and utilize advanced clinical knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Manage patient care independently while ensuring a high standard of service and support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners or a Bachelor’s degree in a health/science-related field for Physician Assistants.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state or as a Physician Assistant in the state. Certification in CPR and ACLS is required.
Work Environment:
The APP will be part of a cohesive team dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. The position entails a structured schedule with no night shifts or on-call duties, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with a background in hospital settings and relevant certifications such as Adult Geriatric Acute Care will be prioritized.
