As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by maintaining relationships with existing NetSuite customers and identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of NetSuite clients.
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives.
  • Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes, and contract preparation and execution.
  • Network internally with NetSuite peers/leadership, value-added teams, marketing, and enablement to increase sales performance.
  • Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts.
  • Analyze customers' business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and lead the ongoing business relationship with clients.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing client base with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Provide support for immediate client needs, order and quote administration, and follow-up for client fulfillment.
  • Schedule appointments with existing clients to review product/service needs to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in planning, driving attendance, and executing marketing activities, including webinars, seminars, and other client events.
  • Manage the sales cycle for product and service opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Maintain and update all assigned accounts and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as client contact information and status in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or management.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in software ERP sales and services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Strong track record of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
