Job Description

**About the Role**

SureSite Consulting Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Site Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site development team, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition, leasing, and permitting of wireless sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate site agreements, easements, and amendments with property owners.
  • Review RF data sheets to determine the scope of work and prepare lease reviews.
  • Manage the leasing process, including title reviews and reporting.
  • Prepare site candidate packages and co-location applications for new equipment installations.
  • Collaborate with RF engineering, A&E, and construction teams during site visits.
  • Research and present planning and zoning code information relevant to site development.
  • Review zoning and construction drawings, structural analyses, and other A&E documents to ensure proposed design is suitable for leasing, permitting, and construction.
  • Prepare and submit zoning applications, including detailed site descriptions, plans, maps, and photo simulations.
  • Engage with zoning staff, attend pre-application meetings, and participate in public hearings and community meetings as needed.
  • Secure building permit approvals from local jurisdictional authorities.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly reports to the project manager and/or client.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in wireless site acquisition, zoning, and permitting.
  • Familiarity with working with both private property and the public right of way.
  • A Real Estate Sales or Broker's license is a plus, but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic workplace and changing responsibilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Willingness to travel as required within assigned market.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • May be required to travel to and traverse survey sites.
