Direct Sales Representative

As an Account Executive 3, Enterprise Direct Sales, you will play a critical role in driving sales revenue and growing our customer base. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in direct sales. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to work nights and weekends, and have a strong understanding of network design, MAN technologies, and business continuity/disaster recovery concepts. You should also have knowledge of E-rate contracting processes and procedures and be familiar with customer premise equipment (voice and data).
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $63,882 to $105,924, depending on experience, and a targeted commission of $65,000. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
