Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical support team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of product-related challenges.

Develop and maintain documentation for technical support procedures and best practices.
Provide technical expertise and support for complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
Ensure that our infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation for our infrastructure and processes.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
