Your Impact:


Oversee the philanthropic donation processes for multiple foundations and corporate giving initiatives, including data management, committee assistance, and communication with award recipients.

Maintain comprehensive databases for tracking volunteer activities, donations, scholarships, and alumni engagement.

Prepare meeting agendas, memos, presentations, and correspondence related to philanthropy initiatives.

Coordinate office schedules, attend meetings to document minutes, and handle sensitive information with care.

Support fundraising efforts through prospect research, data management, donor communication, and program oversight.

Facilitate various scholarship program processes, including managing online application systems, organizing committees, engaging with applicants, summarizing responses, and communicating with awardees and non-awardees.

Your Qualifications:


A minimum of three (3) years of experience in progressively complex and responsible office and administrative support roles, particularly in an executive or senior management business office environment.

Experience in a non-profit organization or family office is preferred.

Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence and initiative to see tasks through to completion.

Proven capability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing demands, and provide exceptional customer/client service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Please note that this position requires onsite work in our Administrative office.

Education/Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required.

Certification as an Administrative Professional (CAP) is preferred.

Salary:
$27.70/hour - $37.39/hour
