About the Role

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the evolution and sustainment of the Provider Reporting Insights and Analytics SaaS platform. As a key member of the Network Innovations team, you will partner with internal data teams and our technology vendor to drive business outcomes and create an economically sustainable healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with Alternative Payment Model Program objectives and drawing on business KPIs, customer feedback, and insights.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software development teams, provider engagement teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Build and cultivate strong partnerships with the platform vendor for ongoing reliability and joint development.
  • Prioritize product features and allocate resources effectively for successful product development and launch.
  • Maintain operational excellence, including product support, intake requests, data refresh processes, program delivery, analytics, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field, with 8+ years of progressive experience in operational/business management, project/program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations, or other large complex industries.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects/programs, including program implementation in a healthcare setting and working with third-party service providers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent work experience.

  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and establish strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and agility, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, customer needs, and technical advancements.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulations.
  • Experience working in a payer or provider organization, with knowledge of its specific challenges and opportunities.
