About the Role

Virtuoso, the leading global travel agency network, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager, Data Products to drive the development and strategy of our reporting and data products. This critical role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver data products that meet the needs of our network, agency owner-managers, and supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Virtuoso's business goals and meets the needs of our network.
  2. Product Development: Lead the development of Virtuoso's portfolio of reporting products, working closely with Global Member/Partner Relations, Marketing, and User Research teams.
  3. Financial Management: Own the P&L for Data Products, ensuring alignment with financial targets and contributing to the overall business strategy.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals.
  5. Customer Insights: Meet with customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to synthesize key insights and serve as the voice of the customer within the team.
  6. Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • 5-7 years' experience managing digital products and creating business strategies.
  • Experience telling stories with data, building analytics dashboards, and/or working in Tableau preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and adoption.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage sophisticated projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Travel Requirements
  • Infrequent travel may be required to attend company/industry events (1-3 trips per year).
  • Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.
