PeopleShare is seeking a Lead Restoration Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities for Lead Restoration Technician:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site
  • Develop expertise in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage recovery
  • Organize and manage a schedule to ensure timely service delivery
  • Respond to water-related incidents and implement mitigation strategies in line with industry standards
  • Engage with clients to explain the scope of work and review necessary documentation
  • Ensure all restoration and cleaning equipment is maintained in optimal condition
  • Engage in marketing activities to promote additional services or expand business opportunities
  • Perform other related duties as required, including cross-training in various roles

Qualifications for Lead Restoration Technician:
  • 1-3 years of experience in water or fire restoration
  • IICRC certification is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license is required.
