About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, SMB to join our team at Dialpad. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth for our Small Business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish, including working leads and generating pipeline
  • Build tailored sales strategies to align with specific client use cases
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to drive sales growth and improve sales efficiency
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot
