About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, SMB to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for solving tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what's possible through the implementation of Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell solutions.

You will work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. Your expertise will help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
  • Have weekly 1:1's with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
