Surveillance Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a skilled Surveillance Systems Specialist to oversee the installation and maintenance of all surveillance system cameras, monitors, recorders, and related equipment. This role may also involve acting as an Agent Surveillance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install new or replacement equipment as needed to ensure optimal surveillance system performance.
  • Monitor all areas of the property, including gaming and non-gaming areas, to detect and report any suspicious activity immediately.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of close circuit television equipment systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Manage inventory control of all surveillance equipment and locations, including maintaining accurate records of all equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the surveillance team.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • At least 3 years of surveillance experience, preferably in a casino environment.
  • Able to ascend ladders, carry equipment up to 50lbs, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Experience in CCTV equipment installation, maintenance, and diagnostic/repair.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of the Responsible Gaming Program.
